We value the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests. These terms and conditions apply to every booking or agreement between Luxury Apartment and the guest, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We speak English, Dutch and some words in German and French. Our residence is situated above the Bed & Breakfast, guests will have their own entrance with keyless access. In case guests like to park a car in the secured parking garage, it should be mentioned with the booking.
Terms & conditions
Guests are requested to show a valid passport or ID with picture at check-in.
Reservation and confirmation
Luxury Apartment can be booked without reservation costs via the online booking platform. After the booking, Luxury Apartment will send an email-confirmation in return. This confirmation contains a link to these Terms & Conditions.
Prices are subject to changes or errors. Only in case of a serious price error, Luxury Apartment reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Payment
The booking costs for Luxury Apartment should be paid prior to arrival, via the booking platform or online.
Cancellation
In case guests are not able to come and need to cancel their stay at Luxury Apartment, we highly appreciate a notification. Cancellations made until 30 days prior to the stay, will receive a full refund. Cancellations later than 30 days prior, or in case of no show, are not being refunded. Special non-refundable, discount reservations will not be refunded after cancellation.
It is advised to contact us in case of a cancellation, so we can assist. A cancellation needs to be done via the booking platform or via email and is valid with a confirmation email from Luxury Apartment.
House rules
Arrival and departure
At the day of arrival, the apartment is available after 3PM. In case of early arrival, guests can drop their luggage after 11.30AM and check-in after 3PM.
At the departure day, the apartment needs to be available for cleaning at 11AM. Luggage can be stored in the apartment upon request.
The arrival and departure times cannot be adjusted, unless explicitly approved by Luxury Apartment. In case guests decide to leave earlier than planned, no refunds are given.
During the stay
Between 11PM and 7AM are silent hours in the apartment. Extra visitors of guests are not allowed to stay overnight at Luxury Apartment without approval. We kindly request to notify the owner in case of suspected persons. Pets are not allowed. Smoking can be done outside at the street side, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The owner of Luxury Apartment is not liable for damage, injury, loss or theft of personal belongings. Damages to Luxury Apartment and/or lost items that belong to Luxury Apartment should be reported by the guests and refunded to Luxury Apartment. In case of an extreme situation caused by inappropriate behaviour or loud disturbances, guests will be asked to leave the B&B without refund.
